Dr. Erika Pugh
Erika is originally from New Brunswick, Canada. Following graduation from high school, she attended the University of New Brunswick where she majored in Biology. She was then accepted into veterinary school at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island. Following completion of veterinary school, Erika completed a one-year small animal rotating internship at the Ontario Veterinary College, where she pursued electives in cardiology. She then completed a one-year specialty small animal cardiology internship at the Mississauga-Oakville Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Erika is now completing a cardiology residency at VRCC Cardiology.
In her spare time, Erika enjoys hiking, traveling, baking, and trying new foods. She has a pet rabbit named Leo.
