Miriam Cabrera holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in animal science from Kansas State University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña in the Dominican Republic. Miriam has worked in the specialty veterinary industry for over 20 years. Miriam takes great pleasure in working with patients and their human family members as well as referring veterinarians. She is dedicated to excellent client communication and service and compassionate animal care. She currently manages the Inventory and Pharmacy at VRCC.
Miriam grew up in Puerto Rico. Miriam and her husband are the “parents” of two cats and a new puppy! She is also fluent in Spanish. Miriam enjoys sewing, cross-stitching, scrapbooking, and family life.
