Customer Service Representative, Front Desk – Full-Time

VRCC’s front desk team is looking for a full-time member.  We are looking for someone who is friendly, empathetic, motivated, and self-directed.   Responsibilities include management of multiple phone lines, client check in, client checkout and payment, appointment scheduling, and other general customer service.   Customer service experience is required, previous veterinary or medical front desk experience is preferred.

Veterinary Technician – VRCC Emergency & Internal Medicine – Full-Time

VRCC, Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital has position openings for experienced certified technicians and technician assistants with our Internal Medicine and Emergency department teams.  We are looking for technicians and assistants who want to work in a fast paced environment alongside other highly skilled technicians, boarded specialists and emergency doctors. Preferred candidates must be willing to work evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.

Veterinary Technician – VRCC Cardiology – Part-Time

Rocky Mountain Veterinary Cardiology is looking for a part time Certified Veterinary Technician to travel to our satellite clinic in Colorado Springs. This position is two to three Wednesdays per month. Some of the duties required in this role are restraining for echocardiograms, taking radiographs, obtaining ECG’s, venipuncture and client communication.

Certified Veterinary Technician – VRCC Neurology - Full-Time

Rocky Mountain Veterinary Neurology is accepting resumes for the position of certified veterinary technician to compliment our 7 dedicated certified technicians. Our neurology/neurosurgery practice is fast-paced, requiring energetic, self-motivated and highly competent individuals with exceptional communication, nursing and technical skills. DVM – VRCC Emergency Practice (Central Veterinary Emergency Services) – Full-Time

The VRCC Emergency Services department is a fast paced specialty level medicine unit for pet related emergencies.  Working beside board certified veterinary specialists in 8 different disciplines provides our doctors many opportunities for learning and treatment of a variety of cases.  We are accepting Curriculum Vitaes from graduating DVMs who have completed an internship and are looking for a full-time ER position or those DVMs interested in filling relief shifts with the practice.  Practice hours are 4 pm – 8 am Monday thru Friday, 24-hours on all weekends and holidays.  Full-time employees receive an excellent benefit and compensation package.

Veterinary Assistant-VRCC Surgery – Full-Time
We are seeking a detail oriented, hard-working VA, who will learn quickly and take initiative. VSS is a busy specialty surgery practice, cutting orthopedic and soft tissue cases. We pride ourselves in providing exemplary care to our patients and clients. Our current VA opening is for an exam room assistant/pack and prep tech. This person will have exceptional client service and communication skills. Will be very well spoken and have a professional appearance. This VA will be trained in our instrument sterilization and OR set-up, OR circulating, patient restraint, radiograph positioning, and exam room assisting. Graduate of a veterinary assistant education program preferred. Prefer OR/sterilization experience. This position requires heavy lifting (40 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. Our hours are Monday- Friday, 7am-6pm. Available position is four shifts per week, 9-11 hours per shift (one week day off). Cumulative of 36-40 hours per week. Hours are subject to change as required by caseload.  Full-time employees receive an excellent benefit and compensation package.

Surgery here at VRCC is a busy specialty surgery practice, catering to orthopedic and soft tissue cases. We pride ourselves in providing exemplary care to our patients and clients. The training for this position will include (but not limited to): instrument sterilization and OR set-up, patient care, client education, anesthesia, post anesthesia recovery, OR circulating, and surgical assisting. Applicant preferably would have two years of technician experience and be confidant with basic skills: IVC placement, drug calculation and administration, radiograph positioning, anesthesia monitoring, sterile technique and record keeping. Prefer specialty practice or hospital experience. This position requires heavy lifting (40 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. Our hours are Monday- Friday, 7am-6pm. Available position is four, 9-11 hour/shifts (one week day off). Cumulative of 36-40 hours per week and one 2-4 hour Saturday shift per month. Hours are subject to change as required by caseload.  Full-time employees receive an excellent benefit and compensation package.
