The Surgical Service at the Veterinary Referral Center of Colorado (VRCC) is dedicated to providing your pet with the highest quality of care possible. Many aspects of our practice allow our doctors and staff to provide your pet with "state-of-the-art" surgical procedures such as arthroscopic joint surgery, Total Hip Replacement Surgery, Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy, and brain tumor resections.

Team approach with your regular veterinarian
We work closely with your regular veterinarian to ensure that you and your pet receive the best of care. Your veterinarian receives a detailed report of all our visits together, so that your records are complete in both locations. We do not perform general medicine or surgery, and other problems your pet may have are generally referred back to your regular veterinarian. We often send you back to your regular veterinarian for routine rechecks, but will always want to see you and your pet again if there are problems.
