Emergency Care - About the Practice
Emergency, the word can elicit many thoughts and feelings, but for Central Veterinary Emergency Services (CVES), that word describes what we are trained to do best. The doctors and technicians at CVES form a great team in the face of a medical crisis. We are experienced and forward thinking when it comes to the latest methods for diagnosis and treatment; we do everything possible to help get your pet healthy and home quickly.
CVES has been in operation since 1975. Dr. Sam Romano and Dr. Luke Rump co-own the practice which moved to our current location, the Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital (VRCC), in 1999. We consider it a privilege to serve the greater Colorado Front Range area by providing excellent medicine and compassionate care for pets and their owners.
With over 50 years of combined experience our veterinarian’s knowledge base is unparalleled. Our years of experience provide confidence in treating everything from the common everyday illness to the rare disease. Combined with our ability to consult with veterinary specialists in eight different fields you can rest assured your four-legged family member is in good hands at CVES.
Technicians play a critical role in caring for the needs of pets and their families. CVES technicians are highly trained, skilled professionals who work in conjunction with the doctors to monitor your pet and ensure a safe, comfortable stay in our hospital.
