Veterinary Skin & Allergy Specialists is the dermatology department at the Veterinary Referral Center of Colorado (VRCC). The Dermatology Department, which includes a highly skilled certified veterinary technical staff and a friendly, knowledgeable client care coordinator, is dedicated to working closely with the client and family veterinarian to provide a variety of services involving all diseases of the skin, coat, ears and nails. With our caring staff, renowned doctors and by using various specialized tests and state-of-the-art medical equipment such as intradermal allergy skin testing and video otoscopy, and by offering progressive treatment options, the dermatology department helps to improve the comfort, appearance and quality of our patients' lives. Funded clinical trials are available for the treatment of some dermatologic and allergic diseases. Treatment options, including clinical trials where applicable, are discussed fully with the client so that the best possible therapeutic and management course for the pet are reached.
