If you have any questions regarding medication, at-home care or
you are concerned about your pet, please call and ask for one
of the CPR technicians. Our technicians, in most cases, will
be able to answer your questions. If they are unable to answer
your questions, they get the information you need from Dr. Loyer.
For the doctor to leave a patient and client to answer every
telephone call would be unfair to that patient. Return telephone
calls from Dr. Loyer during appointments are minimized, so that
you receive his undivided attention during your visit. Similarly,
the technicians may be unavailable when assisting with procedures,
and your call may be transferred to voice-mail. Every attempt
is made to return all calls on the same or next business day.
