Client Service Representative

We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, who understand the importance of providing excellent client service to our customers and referring veterinarians. CSRs at VRCC act as a switchboard for incoming calls, as well as check in and out all of our clients and patients. Other responsibilities include patient triage, rooming clients and patients, data entry, cleaning the lobby and exam rooms, record keeping, etc.

We are a very busy 24 hour facility; the front desk is staffed 6a-11p daily, so hours may vary. 3-5 weeks of training will be provided. All candidates must possess a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, multitasking skills, the ability to work at a fast pace and a desire to help pets and education their human families. ours per week. Emergency Technician Assistant

VRCC Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital is seeking a detail oriented, hard-working Veterinary Assistant, who will learn quickly and take initiative. We pride ourselves in providing exemplary care to our patients and clients. Our current VA opening is for Emergency Technician Assistant. Duties include kennel cleaning, laundry, restraining and walking patients. This person will have exceptional client service and communication skills. Will be very well spoken and have a professional appearance. Graduate of a veterinary assistant education program preferred. This position requires heavy lifting (40 pounds) and standing for long periods of time. Our hours are Monday- Sunday. Currently only night hours available. Cumulative of 30-40 hours per week. Certified Veterinary Technician

VRCC Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital is currently looking to fill multiple Certified Veterinary Technician positions within the facility. VRCC prides ourselves in providing exemplary care to our patients and clients. We are a 24 hour facility, so hours may vary depending on department interest.

Emergency

We are currently looking to fill Emergency Technician positions within the facility. We are looking for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment alongside other highly skilled technicians, boarded specialists and emergency doctors. Applicants must be hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic Veterinary Technicians, with special interest in Emergency and Critical care.

Applicants, preferably, would have one year of technician experience and be confident with basic skills: venipuncture, IVC placement, drug calculation and administration, radiograph positioning, anesthesia monitoring, sterile technique and record keeping.

Applicants must have a professional appearance, good communication skills, and enjoy working with a team. Applicants must be eager to learn new tasks and skills, in addition to being detail oriented.

Emergency technicians are expected to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Internal Medicine/CCU

We are currently looking for Certified Veterinary Technicians for our Internal Medicine team! Hours for this department are typically 7a-5p, Monday – Saturday. All technicians must be able to be on-call up to 3 times per month, post training.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside other highly skilled technicians, boarded Internal Medicine specialists, and emergency DVMs. Applicants must be hardworking, self-motivated, detail oriented, self sufficient CVTs.

Applicants would, preferably, have one year of CVT experience and be confident with basic skills: venipuncture, IVC placement, drug calculation and administration, and have excellent recording keeping and client service skills.
